Together we will discuss your postpartum time and plan meals, herbal recipes and create a structure for you to feel supported, nourished and loved in your sacred window. This will allow you to be present for the important task of healing and bonding with your new bundle of joy!!
Can be done over zoom, the phone, in person and anytime before or after baby is born to optimize this time of healing.
