TWO Postpartum Ayurvedic Meal deliveries per week - four course meals including herb infused sweets, medicinal herb/spice tea, warming soups, grains and vegetables

Twice a Week Warm Oil Massage- in home 75 minute Abhyanga using my own handmade herb and spice infused oils to nourish, ground and heal mama

Postpartum Mama Healing Kit including medicinal ghee, Mama Herb and Spice Healing Kit including Ayurvedic Postpartum Cookbook, Herb and Flower Bath, Self Massage Oil, Postpartum Tea and spices to enhance digestion.
