Calming and Healing Foods for Fall

The change of seasons is when our whole physiology is fragile. Our channels are still open from the heat of the summer and yet the cool temperatures are driving our energy, agni and mental state inward. The foods we choose at this time of year can assist in our whole health or detract from it, this is our choice. In this class we will prepare foods using the bounty of the harvest season, spices to soothe the heat and inflammation that accumulated during the summer and is leaving the body and calm the nervous system which is effected by the change of seasons.

The class will be held at a private location in SW Longmont. Directions will be given when you sign up.
